2005 Rhode Island Code - § 2-10-9 — Receipts from land condemned by United States.
Any sums received by the state as the proceeds resulting from the condemnation
by the federal government, or any agency or agent of the federal government, of
any lands, under the jurisdiction of the department of environmental management
shall be deposited in the general fund.
