2005 Rhode Island Code - § 2-10-8 — Receipt of federal grants.
The general treasurer is authorized to receive any moneys that may be placed at
the disposal of the state by the United States government, or any department of
the United States, under the provisions of any law, cooperative agreement or
otherwise, for the purpose of protecting, preserving or developing the
woodlands and forestry in this state.
