2005 Rhode Island Code - § 2-10-2 — Use of property.
Property accepted pursuant to § 2-10-1 shall be used by the department of
environmental management under the supervision of the director, for any forest
demonstration and experimentation purposes that they deem best designed to
promote the science and practice of forestry in this state.
