2005 Rhode Island Code - § 2-1-25 — Severability.
If any provision of §§ 2-1-20 2-1-25 or of any rule,
regulation, or determination made under these sections, or the application of
these sections to any person, agency, or circumstances, is held invalid by a
court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of §§ 2-1-20
2-1-25, or the rule, regulation, or determination, and the application of those
provisions to other persons, agencies, or circumstances shall not be affected.
The invalidity of any section or sections or parts of any section or sections
of §§ 2-1-20 2-1-25 shall not affect the validity of the
remainder of §§ 2-1-20 2-1-25.
