2005 Rhode Island Code - § 17-11-7.2 — Appointment of moderators and clerks for the town of Narragansett.

Moderators and clerks of the voting districts for the town of Narragansett shall be appointed by the Narragansett board of canvassers at least thirty-five (35) days prior to every primary or election. The moderator and clerk of a polling place shall not be of the same political party.
