the Rhode Island General Laws
2005 Rhode Island Code - § 13-9-5 — Additional jurisdictions as parties to compact.
It is recognized and further declared that, pursuant to the consent and
authorization contained in 4 U.S.C. § 112, this state shall be a party to
the Interstate Compact for the Supervision of Parolees and Probationers with
any additional jurisdiction legally joining in the compact when that
jurisdiction shall have enacted the compact in accordance with its terms.
