2005 Rhode Island Code - § 13-6-2.2 — Severability of § 13-6-2.1.
If any of the provisions of § 13-6-2.1 or the application of those
provisions to any person or circumstances is held to be invalid, that
invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the section
which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to
this end the provisions of the section are declared to be severable.
