2005 Rhode Island Code - § 11-34-6 — Reputation testimony as evidence.

    In the trial of any person charged with a violation of § 11-34-5, testimony concerning the reputation of the place where the violation occurred or of persons who frequent or reside in it shall be admissible in evidence in support of the charge.
