The Committee is hereby empowered to prescribe rules and bylaws as are necessary to achieve the purposes of this chapter and for its internal operation. The Committee shall meet on the call of either the Chair or an absolute majority of the Committee as often as necessary, by means of written notice. Nonetheless, the Committee shall meet at least once monthly.
