§ 341 - Appointment of Board

The Governor of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, with the advice and consent of the Senate, shall appoint two attorneys-at-law to hold office for a term of five years, and they and their successors are hereby constituted into a Board which shall represent the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and shall be known as the Board of Commissioners for the Promotion of Uniformity of Legislation in the States and Territories of the Union. Any vacancy in said Board by expiration of office, resignation, death or however otherwise arising, shall be filled by the appointment by the Governor in the manner aforesaid.
