The Mental Health and Addiction Services Administration “ASSMCA” shall coordinate in order for the Assistance Programs for Employees and their Immediate Family Members to learn about the services offered in the different government dependencies, for which it shall create [an] Interagency Committee which shall meet quarterly. The Human Resources Office of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, (ORHELA, Spanish acronym), in coordination with the Mental Health and Addiction Services Administration “ASSMCA” shall offer training to the employees of the agencies that have developed or are developing Assistance Programs for Employees and their Immediate Family Members, according to the identified needs.
