In order to enforce compliance with the provisions of this chapter, the Secretary or his authorized representative is hereby directed and empowered to carry out the following duties:
(a) Oversee the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter.(b) Approve regulations as necessary.(c) Issue administrative orders as deemed necessary.(d) If warranted, file a complaint or grievance with the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Anti-Trust Affairs of the Department of Justice for any violation of this chapter in order to process such a violation judicially.History
