There is hereby established a revolving fund for the stabilization of prices, distribution and marketing of the foodstuffs produced in Puerto Rico, which shall be known as the “Farm Products Marketing Fund”. Likewise, from the appropriation provided in § 55g of this title and from any other subsequent appropriation that may be made by the Legislature for the purposes specified in §§ 55a—55h of this title, there shall be covered into said fund the money obtained from the sale of foodstuffs produced in Puerto Rico acquired to carry out said purposes, in order that they be used for the same purposes.
