To facilitate the cooperation between the farmers and the government in the attainment of the purposes pursued by this chapter there is created a Farmers Advisory Committee designated by the Secretary of Agriculture, which shall have the function of advising the Agricultural Services Administration in all relative to the development of the program created by this chapter.
