§ 704. Quórum; reuniones; reglamentos

Nueve (9) miembros constituirán quórum para las reuniones de la Junta. Los acuerdos se adoptarán por mayoría de los miembros presentes. La Junta celebrará las reuniones necesarias, ordinarias o extraordinarias, que serán debidamente convocadas. La Junta adoptará las normas y reglamentos que sean necesarios para su funcionamiento interno y para llevar a cabo lo dispuesto por este capítulo.
