§ 108. Informe anual

Anualmente, las agencias del Gobierno de Puerto Rico informarán a la Asamblea Legislativa de Puerto Rico los predios de terreno vendidos de acuerdo a las disposiciones de este capítulo. En tal informe deberán consignar, entre cualesquiera otros que estimen, la entidad sin fines pecuniarios a la cual se le venda un predio de terreno, la cabida y ubicación del terreno vendido y los propósitos o fines de la entidad adquirente.
