§ 105. Lotificación; mensura; gastos por entidad adquirente

La venta de los predios de terreno autorizada por este capítulo se hará de acuerdo a la lotificación aprobada por la Junta de Planificación y la entidad sin fines pecuniarios que adquiera el predio de terreno sufragará los gastos necesarios de mensura y segregación.
