§ 2092. Testimonio o declaración de autenticidad—Fórmulas; firma
Universal Citation: PR Laws tit. 1, § 2092 (2020)
- Las fórmulas a utilizarse en los testimonios serán breves y sencillas, y comprenderán la autenticidad del acto, expresando siempre el notario que conoce personalmente a los firmantes o al testigo de conocimiento, o haciendo constar que ha suplido su conocimiento personal en la forma señalada a la sec. 2035 de este título.
- En caso de que los interesados no sepan o no puedan leer o firmar se aplicarán las mismas normas de la escritura pública.
