Regla 69 - Fianza
Regla 69.3. Depósito por el total de la fianza
Universal Citation: PR Laws tit. 1, § 69.3 (2020)
Siempre que se requiera la prestación de una fianza, el tribunal podrá ordenar y aceptar que en su lugar se efectúe un depósito por el total de la fianza fijada.
