Regla 67.3. Certificación de la notificación

Cuando una orden que, por su naturaleza deba ser notificada por una parte o por su abogado o abogada a cualquier otra persona, deberá presentarse ante el tribunal la constancia de haber diligenciado dicha orden, dentro del término fijado por el tribunal, mediante una certificación acreditativa del cumplimiento con todos los requisitos establecidos en la orden, sujeto a lo establecido en la Regla 9 de este apéndice.
