§ 949. Conservación de documentos públicos—Personal

La Oficina de Gerencia y Presupuesto podrá contratar el personal técnico y de oficina e incurrir en cualesquiera otros gastos que estime necesarios para cumplir con los propósitos de las secs. 948 et seq. de este título. El personal contratado para tales fines no estará sujeto a la Ley de Personal.
