Artículo 15. Separabilidad

Si cualquier cláusula, párrafo, artículo o parte de este Plan fuere declarada inconstitucional por un Tribunal con jurisdicción y competencia, la sentencia dictada a esos efectos no afectará ni invalidará sus demás disposiciones, el efecto de dicha sentencia quedará limitado a la cláusula, párrafo, artículo, inciso o parte de este Plan que hubiere sido declarado inconstitucional.
