Artículo 10. Aplicabilidad

Toda disposición incluida en las leyes enmendadas mediante este Plan, relativa a la suspensión de cargo y sueldo y/o destitución de un alcalde o alcaldesa, será aplicable a todo funcionario municipal que ostente un puesto electivo.
