XV. Departamento de Agricultura
Artículo 6. Composición del Departamento
Universal Citation: PR Laws tit. 1, § 6 (2020)
- El Departamento quedará constituido de la siguiente forma:
(a) El propio Departamento de Agricultura;
(b) la Autoridad de Tierras y sus subsidiarias;
(c) la Corporación de Seguros Agrícolas, y
(d) la Administración para el Desarrollo de Empresas Agropecuarias, creada en virtud de este Plan.
- Los componentes del Departamento le responderán directamente al Secretario en aspectos programáticos, de política pública, coordinación, supervisión, evaluación y auditoría.
