Artículo 43. Solicitudes o asuntos pendientes de trámite

Cualquier solicitud de servicios, incentivos o asunto administrativo de carácter no adversativo o de cumplimiento, debidamente presentado y pendiente de trámite a la fecha de vigencia de este Plan, será tramitado bajo las disposiciones de ley aplicables al momento de la presentación de dicha solicitud.
