Artículo 21. Reglamentación

La Administración está facultada para, a tenor con las disposiciones de la Ley de Procedimiento Administrativo Uniforme y previa aprobación del Secretario, adoptar, enmendar y derogar aquellos reglamentos que sean necesarios, apropiados o convenientes para el descargue de los deberes y facultades que este Plan o las leyes aplicables le imponen.
