Artículo 12. Laboratorios del Departamento

El Secretario establecerá y mantendrá aquellos laboratorios, veterinarios, químicos o analíticos que estime necesarios, apropiados o convenientes para poner en vigor las disposiciones de este Plan y de cualquier ley o reglamento aplicable. En caso de estimarlo necesario, apropiado o conveniente, el Secretario podrá delegar en alguno de sus componentes la administración y operación de dichos laboratorios.
