Artículo 31. Cláusula de separabilidad

Si cualquier artículo, sección o parte de este Plan fuese declarada inconstitucional o nula por un tribunal competente, tal fallo no afectará menoscabará o invalidará las restantes disposiciones de ley o reglamento cuya letra sea contraria a lo dispuesto en este Plan, queda expresamente derogado.
