Este Plan de Reorganización entrará en vigor inmediatamente después de su aprobación. Las acciones necesarias para cumplir con los propósitos de este Plan, incluyendo la fase de reorganización interna, deberán iniciarse dentro de un período de tiempo que no excederá de sesenta (60) días calendarios después de aprobado el mismo, en coordinación, asesoramiento y seguimiento de la Oficina de Gerencia y Presupuesto.
