Artículo II. Creación del Departamento

Se crea el Departamento de Desarrollo Económico y Comercio, en adelante “el Departamento”, y el cargo de Secretario de Desarrollo Económico y Comercio para dirigirlo. El Secretario será nombrado por el Gobernador y devengará el sueldo asignado a un secretario de por el Gobernador y devengará el sueldo asignado a un secretario de gobierno, el cual podrá ser aumentado hasta en una tercera parte.
