Artículo X. Responsabilidad de los directores de los componentes

Los directores de los componentes operacionales del Departamento le responderán directamente al Secretario del funcionamiento eficiente de sus respectivos programas conforme a la ley que les sea aplicable; así como del cumplimiento de la política pública, planes, metas y objetivos establecidos por dicho Secretario o el Gobernador de Puerto Rico; y ejercerán sus poderes y facultades en armonía y sujeto a los poderes, facultades y funciones reservados al Secretario mediante las disposiciones de este Plan.
