Artículo VII. Oficina del Comisionado de Seguros
Universal Citation: PR Laws tit. 1, § VII (2020)
- La Oficina del Comisionado de Seguros se mantiene adscrita al Departamento de Hacienda como un componente operacional autónomo. La Oficina del Comisionado de Seguros continuará operando bajo las disposiciones de las secs. 101 et seq. del Título 26.
- El Gobernador nombrará al Comisionado con el consejo y consentimiento del Senado, y le fijará el sueldo.
