Artículo I. Funciones generales del Departamento

El Departamento de Hacienda, además de las funciones y responsabilidades que le encomiendan las leyes existentes relacionadas con los sistemas de administración fiscal y contributivo, será la agencia de la Rama Ejecutiva encargada de implantar, desarrollar, supervisar y coordinar la política pública, los organismos y programas dirigidos a los juegos de azar y las instituciones financieras.
