Artículo VIII. Vigencia; medidas transitorias

Este plan de reorganización entrará en vigor el 2 de enero de 1973. Al entrar en vigor este plan el Gobernador queda autorizado para adoptar las medidas transitorias y tomar las decisiones que fueran necesarias a los fines de que se implanten sus disposiciones sin que se interrumpan los procesos administrativos, los trabajos y las actividades relacionadas con las funciones transferidas.
