Se adscribe al Departamento de Transportación y Obras Públicas la Autoridad Metropolitana de Autobuses. Se transfieren al Secretario de Transportación y Obras Públicas los poderes y facultades de la Junta de Directores de dicha Autoridad y se suprime ésta.
