Artículo I. Reorganización y redenominación del Departamento de Obras Públicas

Se reorganiza el Departamento de Obras Públicas para asignarle la responsabilidad, como organismo central a cargo del Programa de Transportación del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico. Se redenomina dicho departamento, Departamento de Transportación y Obras Públicas; y al Secretario de Obras Públicas, Secretario de Transportación y Obras Públicas.
