§ 229www. Cementerio Municipal de San Sebastián—Sitio Histórico

  • (a) Se declara Sitio Histórico el antiguo Cementerio Municipal de San Sebastián, localizado en la Calle Segundo Ruiz Belvis de dicho municipio.

  • (b) La Junta de Planificación, el Instituto de Cultura Puertorriqueña y la Oficina Estatal de Conservación Histórica realizarán las gestiones necesarias para el fiel cumplimiento de esta sección.

  • (c) La Junta de Planificación deberá incluir el antiguo Cementerio Municipal de San Sebastián en el Registro de Sitios y Zonas Históricas de Puerto Rico, según lo estipulado por el correspondiente Reglamento.

  • (d) La Oficina Estatal de Conservación Histórica realizará todas las gestiones necesarias para preservar el antiguo Cementerio Municipal de San Sebastián y gestionará los recursos que le asisten a este sitio histórico.
