Las ganancias y pérdidas de una CRL serán adjudicadas entre los miembros y entre las clases o grupos de miembros, en la manera dispuesta en el CCRL. Si el CCRL no dispone para estos asuntos, las pérdidas y ganancias serán adjudicadas a base del valor acordado (según dispuesto en los récords de la CRL), de las aportaciones hechas por cada miembro en la medida que hayan sido recibidas por la CRL y que no hayan sido devueltas.
