§ 2003. Notario—Autonomía

El notario estará autorizado para ejercer su función en todo el Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico. En tal función disfrutará en plena autonomía e independencia, la ejercerá con imparcialidad y estará bajo la dirección administrativa del Tribunal Supremo de Puerto Rico, por conducto de la Oficina de Inspección de Notarías que por este capítulo se crea.
