Regla 45 - La Rebeldía
Regla 45.4. Quién puede solicitarla

Las disposiciones de esta regla son aplicables ya sea la parte con derecho a la sentencia en rebeldía un(a) demandante, un(a) demandante contra tercero, un(a) demandante contra coparte o un(a) reconvencionista. En todos los casos la sentencia en rebeldía estará sujeta a las limitaciones de la Regla 42.4 de este apéndice.
