§ 8731. Protección a la identidad y a la divulgación de información

Las agencias protegerán, en todo momento, la seguridad y la identidad de los usuarios de los sistemas anteriormente discutidos, teniendo como norte las disposiciones aplicables relativas a la protección de la privacidad, seguridad de la información, políticas de disponibilidad de información, entre otras. También estará prohibido divulgar cualquier información, incluyendo la dirección de correo electrónico a entidades que no sean gubernamentales.
