§ 8664. Compañía de Fomento Industrial—Deberes

Para efectos de la aplicación e implantación serán deberes de la Compañía de Fomento Industrial, ejercitar los poderes que le fueron conferidos en virtud de la Ley para la Inversión en la Industria Puertorriqueña, de forma tal que se facilite, promueva y asista a las entidades públicas, en la adopción, utilización y aplicación de selección múltiple.
