§ 8312. Garantías de acceso

El Secretario, Jefe, Funcionario, Director, Alcalde o Encargado de la entidad deberá asegurarse que la información en la página electrónica de ésta sea diseñada siguiendo los parámetros del diseño universal, o de ser necesarios, en formatos alternos.
