§ 7060. Nuevo beneficio

La Junta de Calidad Ambiental de Puerto Rico será responsable por el pago de cualquier nuevo beneficio que se conceda por ley a los pensionados acogidos a este Plan de Retiro Temprano, antes de alcanzar el término para acogerse a una pensión por mérito, según las secs. 761 et seq. de este título.
