§ 7053. Reclamaciones judiciales o administrativas

Se establece que la Junta de Calidad Ambiental de Puerto Rico no condicionará la oportunidad de los empleados elegibles para acogerse al Programa de Retiro Temprano Voluntario a renunciar a reclamaciones judiciales o administrativas contra la Junta de Calidad Ambiental de Puerto Rico pendiente de adjudicación. Las mismas seguirán su trámite ordinario.
