§ 1941. Reglamentos, órdenes y contratos

En situaciones de emergencia, el Gobernador podrá promulgar, enmendar y revocar aquellos reglamentos; promulgar, enmendar y rescindir aquellas órdenes y rescindir o resolver aquellos convenios, contratos o parte de los mismos que estime conveniente o necesario para regir durante el estado de emergencia.
