§ 1939. Prioridad

Los proyectos que se vayan a llevar a cabo bajo las disposiciones de este capítulo tendrán prioridad en la programación de todas las agencias gubernamentales. Los proyectos serán tramitados directamente con las agencias gubernamentales correspondientes, independientemente de que los municipios tengan convenios de transferencias de jerarquía.
