§ 1935. Consulta de ubicación—Término de evaluación

Una vez la entidad gubernamental correspondiente radique, con el cumplimiento de la Ley Núm. 9, antes citada, una consulta de ubicación ante la Junta de Planificación o la Oficina de Gerencia de Permisos, según corresponda, dicha agencia tendrá un término improrrogable de quince (15) días laborables para evaluar la consulta de ubicación radicada.
