§ 1655. Base legal del plan

El plan de Operaciones se desarrolla de conformidad con la Sección 203(j)(4) del Federal Property and Administrative Services Act de 1949, según enmendada por la Ley Pública 94-519 y tomando en consideración la sec. 924 de este título, el Plan de Reorganización Núm. 2 (Sustitutivo) de 1971, Ap. I de este título y las secs. 933a y 933h de este título.
