§ 1453i. Acciones disciplinarias

Los representantes exclusivos podrán tomar acciones disciplinarías contra sus miembros siguiendo solamente los procedimientos previamente establecidos en su constitución o reglamento, cuando los miembros afectados hayan violado normas válidas contenidas en alguno de dichos documentos.
